- To establish PVC Sheets business.
- Identify suppliers and distributors.
- Market and competitor analysis.
- Plan marketing, sales and business development strategies.
- Product approvals and specifications.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients in the target market and complete appropriate research.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
- Business calls, presentation of product line and follow up of valuable contacts.
- To represent company at trade fair and exhibitions.
- To keep informed about offers, success rates, claims and everything related to his field of action.
Designation: Executive – Production
- Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
- Salary: Negotiable
- Experience: 3-4 years of manufacturing/production environment, preferably from uPVC/PVC profiles or pipe industry
- Age: 25-30 years

- The ability to learn and manage multiple projects simultaneously and use problem solving tools
- Knowledge of equipment and manufacturing technologies.
- Knowledge of maintenance processes including mechanical, electrical and instrumentation
- Should have knowledge of polymers science
- Independently extrusion machine operation, startup & set up.
- Autonomous maintenance related to extrusion lines.
- Achieving Production and delivery targets on a daily basis.
- Maintaining quality standards as per objectives and targets..
- Shift Wise Resource planning.
- Scrap minimization & recycle process improvement & implementation.
- Scrap Analysis & CPA.
- Manufacturing practices like 5S, Autonomous maintenance (TPM), poke yoke, Kaizen etc.
- Online Process troubleshooting.
- Mounting, dismantling of tools die etc.
- Independently shift handling as a shift in charge.
- Responsible for managing safety and environment norm in the plant and the surroundings of the plant.
